Once we have a clear idea of what you are after, we will commence the recruitment process. We can tailor our recruitment methods to suit your discussed individual project or business needs or utilise our tried and tested, quality ensured recruitment methods to uncover that diamond in the rough.
Once applicants have been appropriately vetted, we will present them to you for review. Our recruitment methods are thorough yet agile which means you are selecting from the best of the best as quickly as possible. Prior to finalising your selection, you can request additional face to face interviews or testing.
As soon as you have confirmed your preferred applicant with us, we will commence the mobilisation process. All successful applicants undergo a structured and quality ensured mobilisation process before they step on site. If you require specific inductions or training to be completed prior to the applicant’s first day, we can work this into our process seamlessly.
We are with you from the first day your new employee steps on site to ensure all goes to plan. Our management team will regularly check in with you to ensure our workers are doing exactly what we said they’d do and provide you with any assistance or guidance you need. When the job is ending or extending, we’ll take care of those tasks. All administration aspects of your new employee will be managed by us, including payroll and HR.
