All successful applicants undergo a structured and quality ensured mobilisation process before they step on site. If you require specific inductions or training to be completed prior to the applicant’s first day, we can work this into our process seamlessly.
We are with you from the first day your new employee steps on site to ensure all goes to plan. Our management team will regularly check in with you to ensure our workers are doing exactly what we said they’d do and provide you with any assistance or guidance you need. When the job is ending or extending, we’ll take care of those tasks. All administration aspects of your new employee will be managed by us, including payroll and HR.
